DONATION REQUEST
Chick-fil-A prides itself on being an involved member of our community. Our neighborhood outreach involves supporting numerous causes including cancer research, neighborhood associations, schools and many other non-profit organizations. In any given year we receive nearly 500 requests for donations, highlighting the increasing needs of so many worthy causes.
OUR DONATION GUIDELINES:
<We will only consider non-profit organizations that serve our community
<We only donate our products and/or related Chick-fil-A branded gifts
<We can only consider donation requests that are submitted on our donation request form. We cannot handle requests over the counter or by phone. Click the button below to download our Donation Request Form. Please return the completed form and written request on your organization's letterhead to:

This donation request form is for the City of Colorado Springs and surrounding community ONLY. If your request is for another city, please contact a Chick-fil-A near you. Thank you.
If you would like to set up a Spirit/Fundraiser night for your School, please contact the Chick-fil-A nearest you through their individual website on the previous page. Click on the Community tab and then the fundraiser tab and scroll to the bottom where you can fill out a brief "express interest" form. We will contact you within a few days.
